The Moseley Farm Business Centre was established in 2003 when we speculatively converted 2,000sq ft of redundant cart sheds into offices.
Initially we decided to hold back further development for five years, to see how the market reacted. With a positive response, within three years we had converted 17,500sq ft into offices and now have over 25,000sq ft of high quality office space to let.
Units range from 400 to 7,500sq ft.
They are fitted out to a very high standard, with most having been built to tenant’s specification. Gascoynes and Ensors Accountants are both on site, for whom we designed and built bespoke offices.
